        I'm glad that a month later they chose to update this story. Often, once the initial shock is worn off, the story is cold. I had to look the disease up (as I'm sure everyone did) and learned we aren't alone in the fight to understand the heart and all the issues others may face. I hope this gives his family some closure and the ability to be more specific in their testing of family members. Thanks Judy.

          Yes, Marc, it does seem to be a very complicated disorder, as much as our HCM is. I just read about it on the Wikipedia. I had flagged the original article to be updated when the autopsy came in- it the city where I live after all. I was surprised that it took this long to get the report back though. I too, hope that the family finds closure, and gets the right advice and follow up for their own health's sake.
