    DENVER — Police say Colorado Rockies president Keli McGregor was found dead in his hotel room in Salt Lake City on Tuesday morning.
    Detective Rick Wall said two of McGregor's associates couldn't get in touch with him and that someone entered his room at the hotel in downtown Salt Lake City and found McGregor unconscious.
    Wall said it was unclear who discovered the 48-year-old McGregor. Police were called about 9 a.m. MDT and emergency workers arrived on the scene and were unable to revive him.
    Wall said the investigation has been turned over to the medical examiner's office. He did not have any additional details.
    The Colorado Rockies are the parent organization of the Tulsa Drillers.

    Looks like natural causes

    Frankly, ain't nothing natural bout dying at 48!

    Colorado Rockies president Keli McGregor, 48, was found dead in a downtown Salt Lake City hotel room Tuesday morning, KMGH-TV in Denver reported.

    McGregor was found unconscious in his room at the Grand America Hotel at 9 a.m., Salt Lake police Detective Rick Wall said. Paramedics and firefighters responded, but they could not revive him.

    The cause of McGregor's death is under investigation, but it appeared to be from natural causes, possibly a heart attack, Wall said.

      I hate the term "natural causes" but there are really only 4 ways to die.
      By your own hand, by the had of someone else, by accident or "natural" - which simply means something in your own body malfunctioned and/or stopped working. - Natural deaths occur at all ages.

      Will be interesting to see what happen to this young man... our thoughts are with his family , friends and fans.
