  • Go ahead and Gloat Ladies

One day three men were hiking and unexpectedly came upon a wide raging, violent river. They needed to get to the other side, but had no idea how to do so. The first man prayed to God, saying "Please God, give me the strength to cross the river" POOF! God gave him big arms and strong legs and he was able to swim across the river in about 2 hours after almost drowning a couple of times.
Seeing this the second man prayed to God, saying "Please God, give me the strength and the tools to cross this river" POOF! God gave him a row boat and he was able to row across the river in about an hour after almost capsizing the boat a couple of times.
The third man had seen how this worked out for the other two, so he also prayed to God saying "Please God, give me the strength, the tools and the intelligence to cross this river"
POOF! God turned the man into a women, she looked at her map, hiked upstream a couple hundred yards and walked across the bridge.
Every great thing that has ever happened since the beginning of time has started as a single thought in someones mind.
So if you are capable of thought then you are capable of great things
    Good luck and stay well.

Love it!! Just love it! Kinda of goes along with this little ditty I once saw (albeit it's not the right season for this but it's a year round favorite of mine):

    Three Wise Women would have...

    Asked directions,
    Arrived on time,
    Helped deliver the baby,
    Cleaned the stable,
    Made a casserole,
    Brought practical gifts and
There would be Peace on Earth.
