    Marriage Joke

    Dear All;

    My friend is about to get married and I told him a joke that an old friend told me awhile ago. Marriage is like a three ring circus. First you get the engagement ring, than comes the wedding ring, and than the suffering.

    I'm embarrassed to admit that my wife had to explain your joke to me. She also informed me that for the last 26 years, there has NOT been any suffer-ring. Like many men out there, I usually "get the last word in" on every discussion we have, so I said, "yes, dear, you are right, there hasn't been any suffer-ring"!
