I am here at school and I was told that we need to exercise eveyday. Is there any type of exercise that I could do? I have looked on the web and I cannot find anything.

    Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    Re: excersing

    Hi Esther,
On this site is a video from the HCMA conference this year. It talks about the types of excerising that is safe. What Dr. Ommen also told me when I saw him was as long as I could easily carry on a conversation during my workouts, that was okay. He also told me I didn't have a limit to how high my heartrate was supposed to get, but my ICD will fire if it gets above 200- which is way high anyway. No lifting more than 50 lbs. Walking is great, swimming is good, recumbant bike is good, I am jogging again, but I have an ICD now so I feel more secure about that. LOL....
    Light weights are good too.

Here is the link, it's pretty informative:
