  • Ran for the first time in 5 years !!!

Had my Myectomy about 6 weeks ago and have been doing fast walks on the treadmill daily (about 4 miles a day).

This morning (after a good nights sleep) I decided to jog at a 4.5 pace. 30 minutes and almost 2.5 miles later, I got off that treadmill and felt great.

I never thought I was going to be able to run again!

Just thought I would share this bit of good news...we need more of that lately

Isn't it amazing what a month and a half can do for a guy?
