Has anyone tried Yoga or another form of meditation and helped in any way? (i.e. helped with palpitations, stress, etc.)

yoga helped me a lot but a variant of tai chi by Grandmaster Tsai http://tsaichi.com/ has really and truly been unfrickin believable. The web site is terrible, but if you drill down far enough, you can buy his videos. I have even gotten into sinus rhythm after doing this "workout" when I'm in chronic afib! Powerful stuff.

    take care,

I was so happy to find this question!
There are different kinds of Yoga and the meditation is only a part of it.
My family and I learned Reiki and that is our way to relax.
I think it is a matter of believing...
