  • Bike Ride 2

Well folks, I'm still here, did the ride the bike ride with flying colours, 50 km (30 miles) in 2 1/4 hours and felt great when I was done.
The old heart was banging away like an old pistom pump and never missed a beat.
The weather was perfect, 60 degress, there were 14,000 riders and none wearing SARs masks, never seen so many bikes in one place at the same time. and they raised close to 1.5 million dollars.
Lisa, I only needed to drink 3 of those beers to get me through it. (thanks for the advice).
Also I have to add as a point of observation.
They should not make spandex shorts in large.
Thanks all for all your kind words in my previous post.
Every great thing that has ever happened since the beginning of time has started as a single thought in someones mind.
So if you are capable of thought then you are capable of great things
    Good luck and stay well.
