  • Me and Yoko Ono

Well since it seems like I've told everything about my life here, this is my big thing.I've never talked about the most stressing thing that I've been involved in while I've been sick over the last 5 yrs.I've been fighting Yoko Ono in court and trying to get some justice for the theft of my property. this a link to a story written in the Boston Globe today, this is a complex story that is only touched slightly upon in this artical. The lawyer was only disbared on Jan.26, but it took me 5yrs to get to this point, fininaly FBI wants to get involved. Dispite what the writer says the ownership battle is not over.If anyone wants to know more just ask.

I can watch it or show it to anyone I want, but can't charge a penny, I edited it from 10hours of raw footage to about 3hrs of useable and coherant footage, could reduce it more for a straight cinematic release(2hrs or less) but that looks dim right now. Have shown it to a few Yoko haters, associates of John's,media types, and showed parts at a film conferance in Times Sq.in 05, It needs a professional documentary editor to polish to be ready for prime time.Anyone want to come by I'll show it. It's too expensive a video to keep for personal use, that's why I'm fighting hard to retrieve my copyright.

        John:

Way cool. Best of luck in getting your asset back. I can't believe that someone can apply for and own a copyright stolen material. I have hope that you will eventually prevail. And as I have below in my signature: "Once you choose hope, anything is possible" - Christopher Reeve.

PS - best of luck also on your heart issues.

Gosh, John! Like you don't have a lot of other things going on besides th is. I certainly hope that the battle falls in your favor in the end and you can recoup the money you have spent on representation.
