    Hi all,

I feel compelled to bring up the terrible events that have been happening in South Asia.

I have been watching all of the horrible news coverage of the tsunamis. It is such a tragic, heart-wrenching event.

I just wanted to send out my prayers to you all in our little community here. I hope that if anyone has somebody over in those areas, that they have survived the disaster, and that you have heard from them.

I pray that none of you has lost anyone.

My thoughts and prayers go out to all in the areas that were hit by the tsunamis. May the Lord bless them and help them to heal.

    Debbie

We all join you in these prayers. It seems much closer from this side of the world. Yet even we cannot comprehend the devastation of families who lost all but one member or all their children or whole generations gone. I pray that the One who understands will comfort their hearts in ways beyond human comprehension.

I have prayed for them as well. May God comfort and help all who are affected.

It is difficult for me to watch the images on TV. I have only seen the news reports a couple of times. It is too distressing for me to watch it. Maybe it is because I am faint of heart.
