For Jack, Lisa, Adam, and Lisa's family carried on with their mission of the Annual HCMA Conference this weekend. As Lisa stated in her tribute to Jack, "he would have wanted it that way". Lisa shared a picture of Jack and Adam sharing a Father/Son moment, a very special time. Jack had wanted memorials to be given to the HCMA, he was committed to the association also. Adam was with us most of Saturday and he is grateful for all your prayers and concern. Jack was to be laid to rest today. He will live on in special memories. Linda

    For Jack

Hi all... this is a simple request...please keep Jack in your thoughts and prayers. Our hope is that he will soon be at peace.
He is a very calm and gentle sole who would never speak a cross word of anyone. His greatest love in life was simply his family.

    Thank you,
    Lisa
