    A quote from Nicholas Roerich:
"Blessed are the Obstacles......Through them we Grow."
Nicholas Roerich was a teacher, an artist, an adventurer into the Himalaya Mountains and a Theosophist. I have found that this particular quote when applied to a seemingly insurmountable situation....reminds me that Earth is a School. If I sit back, take a deep breath and find the lesson the situation holds for me I become more calm and can change my attitude from one of fear to one of love and wisdom.
    Namaste
.......which means the Spirit in me recognizes the Spirit in you.
    After years of symptoms:
    Officially Diagnosed HOCM 2006
    Myectomy 3/11/13 at non-COE
    Extended Myectomy 7/23/14
At Mayo with Dr. Joseph Dearani
