    When I joined yoga class the instructor asked to have only fruits for dinner and said I could lose weight and can see lots of changes.

    Initially, it was tough and slowly gained momentum and started to have only fruits for my dinner.

    After 2 weeks I started feeling good and lost almost 1kg. I want to proceed further.

    He then asked to skip meals and have fruits on Sundays where I spend most of the time at home.

    I used to pick fruits that help to burn fat and lose weight.

    Its been 6 months now and I have lost 7 kgs. I use to do yoga for 30 to 45 mins.

    I am feeling good and my belly had reduced a lot. But yes i have to admit that it was tough for the first couple of days. But once if you cross that period it will be easy.

    Don't use drugs or supplements to lose weight. We can do it naturally

    Within 6 months your performance for loosing weight is awesome. The good thing is you did it naturally without using supplements or drugs.
