When I joined yoga class the instructor asked to have only fruits for dinner and said I could lose weight and can see lots of changes.
Initially, it was tough and slowly gained momentum and started to have only fruits for my dinner.
After 2 weeks I started feeling good and lost almost 1kg. I want to proceed further.
He then asked to skip meals and have fruits on Sundays where I spend most of the time at home.
I used to pick fruits that help to burn fat and lose weight.
Its been 6 months now and I have lost 7 kgs. I use to do yoga for 30 to 45 mins.
I am feeling good and my belly had reduced a lot. But yes i have to admit that it was tough for the first couple of days. But once if you cross that period it will be easy.
