  • Chocalate and Health Benifits - New Research....

    For those of you that really like chocolate - more good news! It has been shown to reduce strokes in males. Check out this information that references the study:

    How this effects those with HCM (or while taking certain medicines) is not stated. As always, consult your physician for more information.

    Just thought this was interesting and worth noting.

    Heart Cath 7/2012
    3 Kids - Ages 18, 20, 22 - tested negative at this point with Echo and EKG
    No family history of HCM
    Still learning...
