    [These darn muscle spasms]

Will the twitching never stop?!! I thought I had beaten the night twitches in my legs a few years back by adding Niacin vitamins to my regimen. This last week I've been plauged with them again, and of course am not getting much sleep. I know this is a circulatory problem and not much can be done medically, but does anyone have any home-remedeys or advice? I've been told to increase my potassium intake (banannas, raisins, OJ, etc.). My reflux started acting up again at the same time - wierd.

    Any thoughts would be apprectiated.

Dave - While all your doing sounds reasonable you should discuss these issues with your doc. There are many causes for this problem and you should make sure all avenues are looked at.

Becareful and do not try to diagnose yourself too fast... you may muss something important.
