Hello all. The new newsletter is just about ready and that means it is time to start work on the next...a never ending process!

Here is what we are looking for and here is how you can help.

    1. EMAIL do not post your stories here.

    2. Tell us about YOUR HCM - the good the bad and the ugly.

    3. We want stories of those with ICD's, Pacers, Ablations, Myectomy adn those managed on Meds. Also anyone who has survived a sudden death with or with out and ICD and families of those lost to HCM please share your loved ones with us. It is our hope by sharing these stories, your stories, you will help light the way for someone else.

    4. keep stories to 1 page single spaced in a WORD document and send them as both an attachment and also text within the email - helps protect against viruses.

    5. THANK YOU!

TOGETHER... thats how we do it!

    Lisa
