  • To all new users - IMPORTANT

Hello to all of our new message board users.

It has come to my attention that some of you are not getting your email confirming that you have registered. It appears that some email systems are picking this email up as SPAM aka junk mail.

If you have registered and on the bottom of the screen it says you are not permitted to post any messages please email the office at support@4hcm.org. Please include your name, screen name and contact information and we will over ride the system.

Upon registation the email is sent to you within moments. If you do not get the email contact us right away, there is not need to wait a day or two.

However, effective September 2006 those accessing the message board from outside the USA may encounter a slight delay in registration as manual verification is now neccessary. This is highly unfortunate and we are sorry for any inconvienience this may cause but due to recent hacking of this site it is required to maintain the infrastructure in working order. Registration for those outside the USA should take no longer than 2 business days. If there is a delay of more than2 business days please email us at support@4hcm.org for further assistance, it may mean we are having a difficult time contacting you.

Thank you for joining our community and I look forward to hearing from you all!

    Best wishes,

    Lisa Salberg

It's also a good idea to add "webmaster@4hcm.org" to your address book or "safe senders" list. This will prevent future emails from HCMA from being incorrectly identified as SPAM.
