Hi All
There is good news and bad news First the bad news last night Jerry's BP dropped and they first tried to hydrate him when that did not work they had to put him on Leveril(I think that's what it's called) to make his heart work harder. This is caused from the bypass machine opening up the arteries and allows fluids to pass between the cells and into the body tissues. It dosen't happen to everyone, aren't we the lucky ones? His BP did come up to about 98/58. So they are trying to ween him off the meds and as soon as they do he will be moved out of ICU. Oh yeah his sugars were also acting up(180, 173) but when I was there came down to 110.
Now for the good news, he got his drainage tube out this morning and very thing else is doing just fine and they tell me he is still doing very well and the above is just a minor set back and is to be expected. They are still to move him as soon as this afternoon.
Lynn had her Cath done yesterday she was the last case they didn't take her in till 7pm. She got through it ok but when she tried to leave her BP dropped, she hadn't eaten since all day, so they gave her some fluids and that would take about an hour. By this time it was around 10pm and being it was so late they desided she could overnight,as she had an appointment at 8am. Ihavn't seen her to day but will try to catch up with them at around 2pm when sheis to meet with Dr Smedira.
Sorry if this is a repeat of her status page I haven't checked it yet.
That's all I have for now.

You can always check the status page for the latest on Lynn. However, I just wanted to follow up that Lynn has finally be officially released from the hospital following a very long 36 hours. She has also been given the GO for surgery tomorrow. I'll update the status page as soon as I know something on Thursday. Thanks for your continued support and concern.
