Hi, and welcome, to the other Dolly!!! What a surprise to see another "Dolly" here!

I just wanted to post quick and clear any possible confusion. I am the Dolly with the 12 year old son who has HOCM, septal myectomy in 1996 and ICD implant in 1999. From now on when I post I will post as DollyL to avoid confusion between the two of us.

    Again, welcome Dolly!

    DollyL

    Hi DollyL,

Funny thing I spoke to the new Dolly the other day and it took me a minute to adjust my line of thought because I was sure we were about to discuss a child.

    Thanks DollyL!

I too was shocked to find another Dolly on the posts that I've read. I believe that I read some of your posts. Is your son named Andrew? If so, I visited your web site and signed your guest book.

This is a wonderful site with very helpful information. Everyone is so eager to share their story and assist others with this condition. Thanks to everyone who responded to my post.

Lisa, it looks like you NEVER stop working, even on your birthday. HAPPY BIRTHDAY! Anyway, I have my cardiologist working on Mayo Clinic. I gave her the name and # of the contacts that you gave me. Just waiting on a reply. I also contacted Ada and we have plans to speak on the phone.

    Sign me,

    Dolly W

    Hey Dolly,

They say you should do something you love on your birthday... and I did found the HCMA nearly 7 years ago because I the work meant a great deal to me. Therefore you can say that on my birthday I followed my heart

Good luck with your referal to Mayo....let us know how you do.

    Lisa
