[Help your doctor ... Help you.]

Doctors are very busy. The demands placed on them everyday are overwhelming in many cases. When a patient enters the office with an uncommon condition like HCM it is hard for them to do the needed research into the latest developments in the treatment of the conditons. Even when they do try to research treatments, due to the varied nature of HCM it is so hard to find the correct treatment path.

So I am suggesting this to each of you. Let us, help you, help your doctors. Email us your local cardiologist name and address and we will send them a package of information on HCM and the HCMA. Please note on the email if you wish for us to include your name on the letter (this way the information may make it directly into your file).

Email the address to [email protected] and note this is your doctor and you wish an info packet to be sent to him/her.

Everyday we are trying to help make your lives with HCM a little better!
