    i have been here. HCM with cardizem. i took my bp this morning at 3 am

    and it was 125/82 p=52

    then ten minutes after it was 122/55/p=52

    my dialostic was 55 is that too low?

    by the way 60 is the average, so I don't think it is a huge change. However, you are on cardizem and I think with that the bigger worry is the top number, which you want to be in the 120 range.
