    [One of Those Days]

I am writing this to vent my frustrations. Today I could not function as a person. My condition would not let me. I slept most of the day. Thank God for such a wonderful family. My husband and children have to put up with me. We were suppose to go out for a boat ride. I hate these days. I get very depressed when this happens. My blood pressure and pulse were very low. I was in that graying out stage. This does not happen as much as it used to before I was diagnosed. I am sorry for complaining, I am grateful for all I have, but today really was bad. No need to call the doctor or go to ER, nothing they can do.

Tomorrow will be better. Now I need to get back to the couch....Thanks for the airtime.

    Dear Laura

I am assuming you are drinking a lot of water to help keep your fluids up, which will help with the blood presure. Please try drinking more fluids, especially SmartWater by Glaceau which has electrolytes and no sugar (as opposed to the sports drinks that are all artificial flavors, colors, and sugars).

    Take care,

Laura - Vent at anytime...free air time here!

Talk to your doctor about your symptoms there may be something that can be done to avoid this from happening. Maybe meds...maybe something else.

BUT it is nice to know that when you are having one of "THOSE" days your family is supportive. Three cheers for your family!!!!!!!!!!!!

Best wishes...and many wishes for better days ahead!
