    myectomy is not detirmined based on spetal measurement it is based on gradiant. TR may refer to tricuspid valve regurg. but I an not sure.

    TR Velocity?

    I was just looking at copies of records I just received and I have never asked or seen acutal numbers (i.e. septal thickness, post wall thickness, TR velocity...etc)....what is TR velocity?? My numbers were different comparing the ECHO results with MRI results. What number do you have for septal thickness that would require a myectomy?
