    Hi Sarah,

Thankfully I am still in sinus rhythm and apart from being tired and weak, feel ok. But I am doing all the research now and getting things lined up, just in case the a-fib keeps recurring. The constant a-fib was intolerable for me and, as I've said before, was worse than any symptom I ever had prior to my myectomy.

But who knows, if I can just keep it from happening for 9 months my heart will be remodelling from the myectomy and, maybe, just maybe, this will decrease the likelihood of a-fib recurring.

I will post more info on the new stuff when I can. Meanwhile, what is the status with your HCM, other than the symptoms you feel with a-fib?

Age 38, dad of two young children, dx 1996, myectomy March 2005, a-fib issues, due for ICD soon.
