Can anyone help me I'm going on holiday with my kids in september and I'm finding it really hard to purchase travel insurance does anyone know of a company that would insure me.

Don't know specifically for the UK, Sharon, but my sister last year travelled with a policy bought over the counter from a bulk discount store. (But I don't think The Warehouse has branches in the UK!)
Anyway this one didn't ask any health questions at all.

She had a heart attack while on holiday, and ended up in hospital having surgery etc etc etc, but can go back and get another policy at the same price next time.

I think the big bulk companies work on the basis of the percentage of cheap risks they insure, rather than working out a specific rate for individual risks.

    Are you going somewhere exciting?
