the number as posted on the web site for the Minneapolis Heart Institute in Minnesota is 612-863-3996. That is for the HCM Clinic. The hospital main # is 1-612-863-3900 or 1-800-582-5175. The site is : www.mplsheart.com/
When you get to the site click on heart health, when that opens: info for patients, then cardiovascular programs and clinics then The Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy Center.
You should find lots of info to help here.
