    To whomever i spoke to earlier today, this is Angie and i called asking about the donation through the Giving Campaign at my workplace. I think i have the form all filled out and they should be contacting you all sometime in the future concerning the donation. Thanks so much for your help!

        You are all very welcome, i wish i could give more, and will when i can. I am doing this for Damon, because there isn't anything else i can do for him now, so this is in his memory. Because he was always such a giving and caring person. Thanks for giving me the opportunity to give to others.

          Dx age 12 current age 46 and counting!
          lost: 5 family members to HCM (SCD, Stroke, CHF)
          Others diagnosed living with HCM (or gene +) include - daughter, niece, nephew, cousin, sister and many many friends!
          Therapy - ICD (implanted 97, 01, 04 and 11, medication
          Currently not obstructed
          Complications - unnecessary pacemaker and stroke (unrelated to each other)
