As per the norm here in Florida you can't get good medical detail to save your life!
I got some of my medical records today to bring to my new/old cardiologist and to take up to Boston next month. I was going over my echo report and as per the norm their were absolutly no numbers on the report. How do you know these things without refrence points is beyond me!
But anyhow It said "the left ventricular ejection fraction appeared to be within normal limits with a somewhat reduced thickening of the interventricular septum. " Then it goes on to say " the interventricular septum was markedly and disproportionately hypertrophied to the other wall segments." does this sound right? I just hope this isn't progressing!
it also said there were trace mitral insufficiency and trace tricuspid insufficiency with an estimated right ventricular systolic pressure of 36mmhg.
I would know if only they actually gave numbers. I'm a fact girl I suppose!
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
