Re: How's Mary?
Just talked to Mary a minute ago. Things are beginning to move along for her. The feeding tube has been out for a few days now, but she’s still on a liquid diet. She was supposed to have some tests today, but they were put off until tomorrow. She’s being prep’d for that now. She sends her love to all, and appreciates all the prayers and good wishes.

Re: How's Mary?
Well, well, well. I never realized how many people cared about me until these past few weeks. I'm not going to lie it was pretty lousy in the hospital and all especially getting poked and proded in every orifice known to man!
Anyhow, I am out now. Still a bit sore. They are not completly sure what caused this episode. The only thing they can come up with is that I had a ruptured cyst on my ovary. So just got to watch it carefully. As far as the pulmonary embolism goes it is pretty much dissolved. Thank goodness! but I have to stay on the blood thinners so that means I gotta get poked every week for the next few months. They were nice enough though to keep my PICC line in so that they could just withdraw it from there to get the levels. I'll have it in for a few weeks until my tiny veins heal enough for the poking to resume on them!
Thanks so much for your thoughts and prayers. They were much needed and they helped keep me going! Hopefully this will be the last hospital stay for a long time to come. Just gotta be nice to the heart and go from there. But for the next day or so I'm just going to chill out and relax. No schoool for awhile what a relief!
