    Hi Mia

Eating a big meal and alcohol were the two things that brought on my symptoms and they have been confirmed by my HCM specialist as contributers, they also brought on palpatation some times and alcohol has given me short bouts of A-fib.

    I avoid both.

    Good Luck

    Dear Mia

Many, many HCM patients have trouble with big meals. Try eating smaller meals more often.

There are several previous threads here on diet you should take a peak at.
