Re: another A-fib episode
You are both in my thoughts today - A/F is not fun and can be rather scary. There are options to try to control it, work with your docs and you should be fine!
Best wishes,
Lisa

Re: another A-fib episode
dear c
i would be more surprised if the verapamil kept you in sinus rhythm. it isn't designed to beat afib down.
you will probably need something stronger.
good luck,
Sarah

Re: another A-fib episode
Cynthia.
I heartily (no pun intended) sympathize. I was admitted to the hospital last week for a-fib. Thankfully with "Brevablock" I converted within 5 hours rather than the 36 it took me the last time round.
They uped my meds after threatening to put me on the real nasty stuff. What will they (or have they) do for you?
I wish you all the best.
Peace,
Leon

another A-fib episode
well, having another A-fib episode...slightly milder version than before. Waiting for a call back from Boston. I thought I was doing so well on the verapamil...Tags: None
