  • 2004 Annual Meeting!! UPDATE

June 4-6, 2004 is the date - and Morristown NJ is the place!
This years HCMA meeting will be Co-Sponsored by the NJ chapter of the American College of Cardiology and Altantic Health Care Systems!

This means we will be adding to the program by adding a physicians and nurses CME accredited program. The HCMA members meeting will take place in one room and the medical professionals will be across the hall.

The meeting this year will be at Headquarters Plaza Hotel in Morristown (the Westin is closed for renovations). The room rates at the hotel are $89.00 per night. Thanks to the sponsorships the fee for the meeting will only be $30.00 for members and $50.00 for medical professionals.

Agenda and registration information is available on the website at: http://www.4hcm.org/meetinginfo/.

Our featured speakers will include - Dr. Barry J. Maron - Dr. Harry Lever - Dr. Martin Maron and several others to be confirmed.

Remember when planning your stay in NJ that the HCMA's annual golf outing will take place on June 7th, hope to see you here in NJ!

    Lisa

      Re: 2004 Annual Meeting!! UPDATE

We have made a small change to the meeting fee for this year. The fee for non-professionals will be $30.00 for the entire days events, this will include Saturday evening dinner, which had been an additional $25.00 per person.
Due to the sponsors we have for this years event we were able to make this change to simplify the entire process.

Please see http://www.4hcm.org/meetinginfo/ for more information.

      Sincerely,
      Lisa
