  • Travel - doctor referral

We are planning on going to Hawaii this summer to visit my brother. I was wondering if there are any good cardiologists I could contact just in case something happened. I really doubt anything would, but would feel more at ease if I had a name to contact...maybe I should ask my HCM docs if they could recommend one?

    Hi Cynthia,
You will probably need to contact the HCMA office to get that type of information. Give them a call between 9 - 5 Mon. thru Fri. and Lisa should be able to help you.

Best of Luck and we hope you won't need that referral. Hawaii is a beautiful place enjoy yourself and relax!

I have meet a few people from Hawaii - doctors that is... Noone I have met is a real specialist. I would simply suggest you find out where the largest hospital is and bring a copy of your EKG, list of meds and your doctors number with you should you need it.
Be prepared...but be ready to relax and enjoy yourself!
