    2003 Worldwide Candle Lighting

    in Memory of All Children

"The mission of The Compassionate Friends is to assist families toward the positive resolution of grief following the death of a child of any age and to provide information to help others be supportive."

    http://www.compassionatefriends.org/

Sunday, December 14, is the 2003 Worldwide Candle Lighting in remembrance of all children who have died. This candle lighting is held every year on the second Sunday in December, at 7:00 PM in every time zone. As candles burn down in one time zone, they are lighted in the next, creating a 24-hour wave of light that encircles the globe, ".....that their light may always shine" Let's all light a candle in remembrance of those precious ones no longer with us, and in support of those families who have suffered such a tragic loss. Re: Light A Candle

My wife being German lights a candle every sunday for the four weeks before Christmas.
This Sundays will take on a special meaning.
Every great thing that has ever happened since the beginning of time has started as a single thought in someones mind.
So if you are capable of thought then you are capable of great things
      Good luck and stay well.
      Glen
