    Hello All!

Chuck is a dear friend of mine who has experienced many aspects of HCM. From the loss of loved ones, diagnosis of family and his own heart transplant. I encourage you to use his knowledge, experience and careing nature to learn.

Chuck is one of my HCM heros as he has endured so much... yet is ready with a hug and a smile anytime.

    Best to all!

    Lisa
