  • How many of you will try?

    To go the the meeting next month, that is. I took the plunge and bought my tickets today. So how many of you will I get to meet in person? I'd love to meet as many of you as possible...


    Husband has HCM.
    3 kids - ages 23, 21, & 19. All presently clear of HCM.

    We normally get about 100 people to attend! While the data is great to hear there is NOTHING like being there...seeing people JUST like YOU (who look fine! yet have HCM ...we have all heard that one!)

    I look forward to seeing as many of you as possible!!

    Dx age 12 current age 46 and counting!
    lost: 5 family members to HCM (SCD, Stroke, CHF)
    Others diagnosed living with HCM (or gene +) include - daughter, niece, nephew, cousin, sister and many many friends!
    Therapy - ICD (implanted 97, 01, 04 and 11, medication
    Currently not obstructed
    Complications - unnecessary pacemaker and stroke (unrelated to each other)

        I'm looking forward to meeting you. Four from our family will be attending. This will be my 3rd annual meeting - living in New Jersey makes it much easier! It will be a great day packed with interesting info.

          Hi Reenie,

          Sure wish I could bring the kids, but its my daughter's 12 birthday on June 7 plus I have to work that whole weekend AND I'll be in microbiology class all summer. Just isn't going to work out this time. Maybe next year!
