It has come to my attention that your newsletters are delayed. The postal codes did not appear correctly on your addresses and they will all need to be mailed in envelopes and re-addressed and confirmed with the database.
I am sorry for the inconvenience this error has caused and we will work hard to not have this happen in the future.
    Sincerely,

    Late newsletter

Poor Lisa! As an association manager who has sent many a newsletter, I cannot think of anything more frustrating! Hope you don't have to do this all in house but have a mailing house doing it for you. Sue

Re: Winter newletter: Canadians and others out of the USA

Is this why I have not received mine? The one you said was sent to me twice even after I gave you my updated address (I moved in January?) I wish you would have informed me since we had been writing privately about this same subject!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You evidently did not update my address ... I received a brochure yesterday (HCMA's 6th Annual Members Meeting) with a yellow forwarding sticker which means you mailed it to my old NC address. I have provided my new NM address on multiple occasions.

        Please explain.

        Best regards,

        Erica S

Re: Winter newletter: Canadians and others out of the USA

          Dear Erica,

While I understand your frustration, administrative matters should be addressed to the office directly by phone or e-mail.

If Lisa had known about this when she spoke to you, I'm sure she would have said so.

Please understand that the HCMA does not have full-time administrative staff.

          Thanks,

          Sarah

This only applies to Canadian and other addresses outside the US.

              Erica..

The address change has not been done yet...my fault. Lisa forwarded it to me to change but have been putting it on the back burner to try to catch up with the golf outing and the annual meeting. I apologize...but you do need to realize that the office is run on a part time basis until Lisa gets the funding to hire more staff for more hours. Sorry for the delay.

Re: Winter newletter: Canadians and others out of the USA

Hats off to Ellen who does a fantastic job in our HCMA office. She has been with us for several years now, puts in extra hours when needed, including those wkend hours and evening hours when necessary without complaint. Her family (she does have beautiful children) help out with little extras, esp for the annual conference. She has been flexible and reliable, and Ellen, we don't thank you enough! Thanks so much for all you do, we love you too! Linda

PS - Hope you like the new office
