My husband is finally making good on the trip he promised me 23 yrs ago, when we were first married! I will be gone till Sat. I have one college student home on Spring Break, wondering why I'm not going to be here to provide him with "home cooking" and one wondering why I won't wait and go next wk when he has Spring Break. He would like to eat fast food and have the house to himself. LIfe is tough sometimes Best wishes to all, Linda

Dx age 12 current age 46 and counting!
lost: 5 family members to HCM (SCD, Stroke, CHF)
Others diagnosed living with HCM (or gene +) include - daughter, niece, nephew, cousin, sister and many many friends!
Therapy - ICD (implanted 97, 01, 04 and 11, medication
Currently not obstructed
Complications - unnecessary pacemaker and stroke (unrelated to each other)
Well, I'm back, had a great time in sunny California. Glad to be home, and really tired! Don't be too jealous Sarah, it's a long flight. Lisa, Ray said his unual "need to say" words, not much more. There were a few times when he got real chatty - for him . Linda
