Everyone is different, I find that I must ALWAYS watch what I eat and get some exercise - walking, anything...
Weight lose is not a one shot deal...it is a lifetime of good eating habits and thinking BEFORE it passes your lips. I have had to stuggle to stay a size 8 and have hit 10 but really liked life as a size 6...
6 is too hard ...10 is to big (for my build) so 8 requires a little work but is worth it...I feel rather bad at 10 (more symptoms).
that is my 2 cents --hey what happen to the symbol for cents on a keyboard...when I was in typing class I know it was here somewhere!

just wanted to add my 2 cents...
I reached 185. My cardiologist at the time looked at me and said, "Cynthia, you have to lose the weight"... I did. I joined Weight Watchers. It was awesome...i was never hungry and ate well. You get all kinds of tips at the meetings and everyone is so supportive. That was over 3 years ago and unfortunately I have put most of it back on. I'm cutting down since I've had my first CHF episode a few months ago. I guess that main issue is watching your sodium...it's amazing how many drinks and foods contain so much sodium...anyway, I plan on going back to Weight Watchers because it did work for me.Tags: None
