    [HCMA Golf Outing - 3 June 2002]

For all the members of the HCMA, or anyone who has been helped in anyway by the HCMA, now is the time to help the HCMA.

As with any non-profit organization, the HCMA requires funding to continue to provide the valuable support it provides to its members and all those impacted by HCM.

One event that we hold every year to help raise funding is the Lori Flanigan Memorial Golf Outing. Those of you who have read the history behind the HCMA will know that the HCMA was started in Lori's memory.

Our 4th Annual Lori Flanigan Memorial Golf Outing will be held on June 3, 2002 at the Picatinny Arsenal Golf Club in Rockaway Township, New Jersey.

There are many ways that you can help make this year's golf outing a success:

    - If your a golfer and can travel to New Jersey, then join us on June 3rd.

    - You can be a sponsor of the golf outing. Sponsor packages range from $50 ads in the program to $1000 benefactor level sponsors.

    - You can donate prizes or hand outs for the golf outing. Anything from golf tees, golf balls, shirts, hats, golf equipment, non-golf related prizes like gift certificates to free nights at hotels. Does your company like to hand out logo merchandise (coffee mugs, hats, shirts, putters, golf balls, etc.)? If so, we would be happy to help do some advertising for your company.

If you want any more information on the golf outing please send me an e-mail to:

Any support the members of the HCMA can provider would be appreciated. As you may know the HCM was founded in memory of my sister Lori. I know the HCMA has provided many of you with support, information and sometimes a shoulder to cry on. In return I simply ask you for your support either financially, give aways or having your employers / friends support us in this important funding effort.

All we do...is for you...help us help you!

    Thank you,

    Lisa Salberg

Just a friendly reminder that the HCMA Annual Golf Outing is right around the corner. Any help you can give us will be GREATLY appreciated. The more successful the golf outing, the more successful the HCMA can be in supporting all those with HCM.
