    A Shout Out to the Moderators...

    Hello!

    I wanted to take a moment to thank all of the moderators on the board for all of the WONDERFUL work that you do. Every day you guys sacrifice your time and space in your mental hard drive to address our questions and concerns. This is not a task that anyone could do. We have had increasing opportunities of late to bear witness to the fact that each of you is equipped with an endless measure of tact, diplomacy and patience.

    Thanks for taking the time to hold our hands as we walk along this HCM road. I appreciate all of you more than you know!

                  Thanks - I think of this gig as being a parent. Essentially a personally rewarding yet thankless job, but every now and again something wonderful happens & your proud you put in the effort.
