    Hi here is an update on Michael he had surgery thursday afternoon all went great it tock about an hour to replace his pacemaker .Michael did real well in surgery no problem's at all recovery went great also.

    Michael has to go see the surgeon this week to get his bandages removed and to make sure all is going well.

    Michael is still complaining about being tried all the time does anyone else put there feel tried all the time? if so what causes it?

    Elizabeth, I'm so glad things went well. My son was going steps, making his own popcorn and hiding out from me downstairs in the family room the evening after his ICD replacement. The original one wasn't that easy. I didn't want you to expect too much of Michael, so I didn't say that earlier, everyone is different - reaction to anesthesia/pain meds, etc. Yes, the extreme tiredness/exhaustion is an ongoing problem and seems to be poorly comprehended too often by the practitioners. We keep hoping for a solution for that also. Linda

    Talk to his docs and see if they can alter the meds to help him have more energy, cant hurt to ask.

    Hi Lisa I have already spoke with Michael's doctor he say's he doesn't know why Michael is so tired he has lowered his loppressor so he is going taking 50mg aday he was taking 75mg aday so that did not seem to help at all our local cardiologist

    here in town has said that he is tired do to something cardic because all of his blood work up has turned out fine so I don't know what to think I am kinda of worried he Michael keep's on asking me why he is so tired and when he wake's up from sleeping the whole night through he say's he is still tired Michael sleep's any where from 8-10 hour's a night I don't know what to tell him anymore.

    Iff anyone has any ideas please let me know
