We seriously need the help of all our members to help make this year's Golf Outing a success!!! Please help in any manner you can - Sponsorship, prize donations, golfers, or be on hand the day of the golf outing to help.
Any type of prize donations would be great. Small items that we can get in quantities of 120 to give to all golfers up to large items that can be used for the raffles. Doesn't have to be specific to golf. Could be something as simple as gift cards from a chain store. Does your company have logo merchandise? We would be more than happy to help market the company.
Again, we can only be successful with your help. Please contact the HCMA office to let them know what you plan to do to support this year's golf outing. It is less than a month away. If you are coming to the meeting you can bring your prize donations with you, put please let us know ahead of time what you are bringing so we can plan accordingly.
