It was a great night , and we all had a wonderful time. My quality
of life is so much better now that felix is better. The kids now have a
full time dad and I dont spend my weekends like a single mom. those
weeks in Feb/march were not FUN, but the end result made it all worth
it.

The food and company Sat night was wonderful.

Oh and the conversation all night was not only about HCM as we
all try to have interests and lives outside of HCM when we can.

Well hopefully one day we will all be able to meet, if not at the big meeting but some where along the way

Hey Lisa,
If you recall the postings, the procedure was done to Felix, but Sandy had a **** of a time with it too. No married person goes through these things alone, and with children in the house, the strains can be enormous.

It is gratifying to hear they are both now out of the tunnel and back to enjoying good health – and happiness. By the way Felix and Sandy, happy anniversary. (I just passed my nine month mark. It is amazing all that has happened in such a short time on the board.)

Felix and his wife Sandy were visiting NJ this weekend and Adam and I enjoyed a nice night out with them.

At dinner Felix reminded me it was our 'anniversary' - it had been a year since he first called the HCMA. It is funny how fast time can go - and I am amazed at the wonders of modern medical treatment. When I first spoke to Felix he was not feeling well and in need of something to help him regain his quality of life. Last night you would never have imagined the year that he has been though -he looked great.

Thanks to Felix and Sandy for a wonderful evening.
