I just got a new IPhone. The sales person showed me a place to put emergency information that can be accessed by EMTs etc. even if your phone is locked. She said that emergency responders are being trained to look for this if people have an iphone.
Now, all I have to do is remember how to get into it and fill it out... LOL
      After years of symptoms:
      Officially Diagnosed HOCM 2006
      Myectomy 3/11/13 at non-COE
      Extended Myectomy 7/23/14
