Att: Ms. Lisa Salberg: Support Staff HCMA:

Greetings... As per our conversation today the objective of my Case
Study/Investigation Research is to discover the impact and adjustment
of a specific population/client on a rare disease. I am looking forward to
work with younger Adults between the ages of 19-25 years old; male
or female gender and ethnicity on that part it doesn't matter as we
discussed. I got the opportunity to visit the web-site and the information
provided was very helpful. To remind you I'm a Graduate Student with
concentration on Counseling in Rehabilitation for People with Physical
Disabilities. This project is part of my curriculum from the Puerto Rico
University for this semester from August until December 2004 and will
further; depends on the criteria to follow-up.
Again, I really appreciate your time and cooperation on this matter.

    Thank you for your attention.

    Elaine Jamice Soto Ramos
