    We wish our entire HCM Family a happy and healthy holiday season. We have a few messages as 2015 comes to a close.
    1. On or about January 9th the HCMA website will be completely relaunched with many new features to our paid members!!
    2. The HCMA office will close today at 4 and reopen January 4th.
    3. We will be monitoring emails and social media but will not return calls until January 4
    4. You can make your tax deductible donations to the HCMA through Dec. 31, 2015!!

    Did you know the HCMA grew by 22% in 2015!!! Our numbers are growing.. our programs are growing... and our extended HCM family is growing!

    Thank you for being an active member of our community and we look forward to lots of exciting new ways to communicate, educate and advocate for you in 2016!

    Dx age 12 current age 46 and counting!
    lost: 5 family members to HCM (SCD, Stroke, CHF)
    Others diagnosed living with HCM (or gene +) include - daughter, niece, nephew, cousin, sister and many many friends!
    Therapy - ICD (implanted 97, 01, 04 and 11, medication
    Currently not obstructed
    Complications - unnecessary pacemaker and stroke (unrelated to each other)
