I saw the news report and she looked wonderful. Hopefully, she'll continue to improve and be a candidate for a new ticker. I like the fact she renewed her wedding vows in the hospital. He husband wanted to be sure her new heart loved him as much as the last one!

Neat story. Hope it turns out fairy-tail and she gets a new heart soon. Those artificial hearts and the care behind them was developed here in Louisville about 20 years ago. I remember the first guy and all he went through and then the next 4 or 5 each one getting a little better and living a little longer. Sounds like they have gotten a whole lot better in the last 20 years. Nice to hear the story of someone being helped and getting a new lease on life.
