  • 2 Years Post Myectomy and Still Going Strong!

Just wanted to let everyone know that today marks 2 years since my Myectomy at Mayo Clinic in MN.

Since the surgery, I have more energy. I have very infrequent
"episodes" of chest pain or palpitations. I have maintained a 70# weight loss, and am currently able to work a full and a part time job. There are still days when my body "reminds" me that I have overdone it and need to rest. But other than the occasional ankle swelling or being fatigued after working 14 hours, I'm doing exceptionally well, and am thankful for every minute.

Thanks again to Lisa and Sarah and everyone on this board for all of their help and support.
